Translation process description:
A translation in the selected language combination will be done by a native speaker of target language. One of the important requirements for translator selection is translator's experience in the subject field of translation. Translation will be estimated by native speaking proofreader of target language according to quality control procedures. In case if the quality control shows a necessity of proofreading, it will be done by another native speaking linguist with knowledge of the subject field. Before final delivery, the translation passes through quality assurance procedures. A translation in the selected language combination will be done by a professional translator of target language. However, there is no available native speaking translators for the selected languages. To maintain high level of quality the translation will be proofread by native speaking proofreader of the target language having experience in the subject field of translation obligatory. Before final delivery, the translation passes through quality assurance procedures. There is no possibility to arrange direct translation from the selected source language into target language. That is why the translation process is divided into two phases. The first phase is translation from source language into an intermediate language. The translator will be qualified native speaking translator of the intermediate language having knowledge and experience in the subject field of translation. To maintain high level of quality the translation will be proofread by native speaking proofreader of the intermediate language obligatory. After obligatory proofreading the text in intermediate language is handed over to the native speaking translator of selected target language. Phase 2 ends with obligatory proofreading by native speaking proofreader of target language having experience in the subject field of translation. Before final delivery, the translation passes through quality assurance procedures.

Reliability

It is the aim of Freelanguage development and operations to be your reliable translations partner.

In the linguistic services field, the concept of reliability consists of several requirements:

  1. The customer has to be assured of receiving the end product of the service rendered completely in accordance with their expectations and requirements.
  2. The customer has to be assured that every effort to achieve the best quality and completeness of service has been made throughout the implementation of the project.
  3. The customer has to be assured of receiving the end product of the service rendered n time and according to the schedule.
The first requirement is achieved by a careful study of the customer's request for services right at the preliminary analysis stage.

When the project has been confirmed, this study is elaborated on to prepare the basis for a clear assignment. During project work any questions that may arise are always put to the customer for clarification.

The second requirement is achieved through careful selection of reference materials, expertise, knowledge and information to assist in implementing the project.

The approach we take to a project is based on experience and best practice. If we feel we are lacking information the customer might be asked to provide us with some reference materials.

The third requirement is more dependent on human factors than the first two.

To avoid unwanted delays Freelanguage team applies the following procedures:

  1. Frequent control and supervision of the project status;
  2. Requests for partial delivery of the work within agreed time periods;
  3. Reservation of extra time in case of force majeure situations;
  4. Estimation of performance abilities adequately;
  5. Verification of both negative and positive experiences within each project, and adjustment of the project work order for similar tasks in the future, if required.
In addition, the schedule of work for each project is integrated into the daily schedule for the team, meaning that essential supervision procedures cannot be missed as they would come to light through changes to the daily schedule.

The most important task for every Freelanguage project manager and customer account manager is to deliver the completed project to the customer before the estimated deadline.
