| Translation process description: A translation in the selected language combination will be done by a native speaker of target language. One of the important requirements for translator selection is translator's experience in the subject field of translation. Translation will be estimated by native speaking proofreader of target language according to quality control procedures. In case if the quality control shows a necessity of proofreading, it will be done by another native speaking linguist with knowledge of the subject field. Before final delivery, the translation passes through quality assurance procedures. A translation in the selected language combination will be done by a professional translator of target language. However, there is no available native speaking translators for the selected languages. To maintain high level of quality the translation will be proofread by native speaking proofreader of the target language having experience in the subject field of translation obligatory. Before final delivery, the translation passes through quality assurance procedures. There is no possibility to arrange direct translation from the selected source language into target language. That is why the translation process is divided into two phases. The first phase is translation from source language into an intermediate language. The translator will be qualified native speaking translator of the intermediate language having knowledge and experience in the subject field of translation. To maintain high level of quality the translation will be proofread by native speaking proofreader of the intermediate language obligatory. After obligatory proofreading the text in intermediate language is handed over to the native speaking translator of selected target language. Phase 2 ends with obligatory proofreading by native speaking proofreader of target language having experience in the subject field of translation. Before final delivery, the translation passes through quality assurance procedures. |

Prices
In the linguistic services field it is very hard to give an accurate estimate of service costs without having sight of the project files. This is why Freelanguage always invites our customers to send us the source files in order to allow the team to provide the best and most accurate calculation of the project costs. Freelanguage cares about project data confidentiality, so our customers can always be sure of the security of all the files sent to us for costing. Freelanguage confidentiality and non-disclosure policy requires the deletion of all the materials sent for costing in the case that the customer has rejected the offer or in the case that we have not received a reply in the 24 hours following the provision of the estimate/offer to the customer. In most cases the cost of our services is estimated based on a rate per unit. Translation, proofreading and revision work is charged out per word. Transcripts are charged at a rate per minute. Certified translations are charged by the document. For phone call support, information search and travel arrangement services are all charged at a rate per hour. In the case that we cannot make a calculation based on the project volume, we will give you a fixed budget for carrying out the whole project. Sometimes the customer will suggest a budget for a project. In this case Freelanguage will try to make an offer that falls within the the confines of the suggested budget and offer ways of reducing costs. All the prices and estimates that can be provided in the website are for reference only. Each individual project requires a preliminary analysis for accurate appraisal. The work process is standardised and not dependent on price and budget, unless the customer requests to alter it. During Freelanguage working hours the time taken to respond to an enquiry should not exceed 30 minutes and for those enquiries received out of hours the first 1.5 hours of the next working day are to be spent responding to such enquiries.
