Travel arrangement

The success of any trip depends on its preparation, particularly business trips. Our travel arrangement service is aimed to assist customers planning a visit to foreign countries for business purposes.

The service includes the following:

  1. Carrying out a search for prospective contacts according to customer requirements (Information search)
  2. Negotiating a suitable meeting day and time and the subject of your meeting
  3. Arranging a schedule for your trip giving consideration to the time required for getting from one place to another
  4. Arranging transport
  5. Providing an interpreter
You will get a manual for your trip including a timetable of meetings, transport schedule, the contact details, names and a brief description of the companies, institutions and people that you will visit. Step-by-step instructions would also include any other information required. All transport and hotel costs are paid directly by the customer; these services are not resold.

The customer may be one person or a group of people up to twelve.

We are used to arranging visits for a group of businessmen or professionals going to another country to meet prospective partners or expand the geography of contacts for their business.

Some of the successful trip arrangements we have already made include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Copper mines in Chile
  • Gold mines in Canada
  • Oil and gas transportation and distribution in Spain
  • Metal production in Germany
  • Use of natural gas in the field of public transport in Portugal
  • Use of natural gas in the field of public transport in Italy
  • Gas equipment repair facilities and companies in Italy
  • Oil and gas production in Scotland

These are examples of business tours that have been arranged by our company.

However, every business trip is unique and different customers have different purposes, requirements and desires. Each trip is tailored to the customer's specific needs and wishes. Usually it takes a month to arrange a business trip, but sometimes it requires more time depending on the subject field and time of year.

To make an enquiry about the possibility and cost of arranging a trip, you'll need to give us the following information:

  1. Target country/countries
  2. Field of interest
  3. Desired time of visit and its duration in days
  4. Number of people going
  5. Purposes and questions of the trip
